Automatic Cap Sealing Machine- is used to seal bottles in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, chemical, food, dairy industries.
The machine is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly finished body, having Automatic conveyer belt, Cap feeder, Single head capping unit with cam and geared motor drive. Filled bottles automatically move towards capping head on slat chain and during moving, picks cap from rotating type feeding unit. Capping head moves up & down with rotation to thread on cap and to seal the bottles and after sealing move bottle for further process on conveyer.
