Ointment Manufacturing Plant is an ideal tool for the pharmaceutical industry for production of  Ointment, Cream, Lotion, Gel, Tooth Paste etc. It provides least manual handling and also ensures fast production with effective cleanliness during manufacturing.Wax / Oils are charged in Wax Phase Vessel and processed separately. Simultaneously, aqueous materials are charged in Water Phase Vessel and processed separately. Once ready, material from both vessels is transferred to the main Ointment Manufacturing Vessel by attached pipeline through Vacuum. There, it gets agitated, mixed and homogenized and after preparation this is transferred to storage tank through transfer pump. Working plateform is provided for operator to easily work on the entire system.
